1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing motanzaglobal.com, using its vehicle-search features, using live chat, or communicating with the Motanza WhatsApp service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be legally able to enter into these terms and use the service in accordance with the laws that apply to you. Motanza is intended for adults seeking vehicle information or business sales assistance.

2. What Motanza provides

Motanza provides vehicle discovery, search, listing information, and sales communication tools. We may help you compare listings, search inventory, identify vehicle requirements, and connect a request with a supplier or sales colleague.

Motanza does not provide an online checkout, payment service, escrow service, financing approval, binding quotation, or digital vehicle-sale contract. Any purchase, inspection, shipping, payment, warranty, or other transaction is arranged separately and must be confirmed directly with the relevant contracting party.

3. Listings, prices, and availability

Vehicle information can originate from suppliers and other inventory sources. Although we work to keep listings useful, a listing may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. Images may be illustrative or may no longer reflect current condition.

Displayed prices and currency conversions are informational asking prices unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Availability, condition, specification, taxes, duties, shipping, inspection, registration, and final price must be verified before you rely on them or enter a transaction.

4. Suppliers and third-party services

Suppliers, messaging providers, live-chat providers, and websites reached through links or contact buttons are separate services. Their terms, privacy practices, representations, and performance may apply independently.

A link, listing, or introduction does not by itself mean that Motanza guarantees a supplier, vehicle, payment request, shipment, or transaction. You are responsible for appropriate due diligence before sending money or making a commitment.

5. WhatsApp and AI-assisted information

Some WhatsApp replies and inventory suggestions may be generated or drafted using an AI model. Automated responses can misunderstand a request or provide incomplete information. They are not professional, legal, financial, customs, mechanical, or safety advice and do not create a binding offer.

Ask a human sales colleague to confirm important facts, especially availability, price, vehicle identity, condition, export requirements, payment details, and shipping arrangements.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Motanza only for lawful vehicle research and legitimate communications. You must not misuse the service or interfere with other users.

• Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe security, introduce malware, overwhelm the service, or bypass technical restrictions.
• Do not scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit substantial parts of the service except where permitted by law or by Motanza in writing.
• Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent authority, or use Motanza to facilitate an unlawful transaction.

7. Intellectual property

The Motanza name, interface, software, design, and original content are owned by Motanza or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Vehicle data, images, supplier marks, and third-party materials may belong to their respective owners.

These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of Motanza, including a listing, market, integration, or communication channel. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of every message, or continued availability of a particular vehicle.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Motanza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Motanza will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on a listing, AI-assisted response, supplier statement, third-party service, or off-platform transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or end access when we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the service is being abused, or action is needed to protect users, third parties, or Motanza. Provisions that by their nature should continue after access ends will survive.

11. Privacy and updates to these terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The revised terms take effect when published here with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
